IC Realtime's new IRW3 version of the IPMX-D40F compact
vandal dome combines a 4MP QHD Starlight video sensor and built-in audio mic.
This audio & video capability makes it ideal for multiple locations where
both excellent low-light video and camera-area audio monitoring are essential.
And audio is even more critical in this new IRW3 edition. Because it’s equipped
with our latest cutting-edge iMD 2.0 AI & SSA (Scene-self adaptation).
NEW AI METADATA DETECTION, SAME TOUGH DESIGN
The IRW3 version of this Max Series D40F camera stays a
compact 3.51" × 4.4” around. The dome’s IP67 / IK10 metal base case
and acrylic dome enclose & protect everything inside. This also renders it
weatherproof, hard to damage, and nearly impossible to dislodge when properly
installed. But the real FlexSmartAi magic is inside - iMD 2.0. Being equipped
with this next-generation Intelligent Motion Detection means the D40F detects,
encodes & streams object details from every video frame as data- and when
recorded by an IC Realtime AI NVR equipped with Object Search, you just “select
& click.” The AI NVR searches every iMD 2.0 metadata channel for your
selection. One-click, and all that NVR’s iMD 2.0 channels are searched.
COMMERCIAL GRADE THE “AI INSIDE” WAY
This camera is designed for professional camera integrators.
The camera’s sensitive built-in microphone is augmented by gate & access
control-friendly audio I/O leads, and there’s an alarm I/O lead and an internal
256 GB SD card slot for local recording or ANR buffering. Don’t have 8.3 watts
of PoE power on the network line? Upgrading a coax camera position? No worries
- the D40F can be powered by 12VDC using the power jack on the pigtail, and we
can supply Coax/IP adapter baluns. There is even a set of color-matched,
screwdriver-fit junction boxes, a “porchlight-style” wall mount, and base
adapter plate options that make for fast & clean installations in any
camera location.

IPMX-D40F’s Smart IR & Starlight technology for perfect light balance. Now,
the camera’s new IRW3’s capabilities add the latest in image-optimizing tech

constant change, this AI constantly monitors & modulates every video frame.

Smart (H.265+ & H.264+)
Deliver high quality video without straining the network,
Smart H.265+ is the optimized implementation of H.265. The
Smart H.265+ encoding technology includes a scene adaptive
encoding strategy, dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, flexible
multi-frame reference structure and intelligent noise
reduction, providing saving of up to 70% of bandwidth and
storage when compared with standard H.265.
Protection (IP67, IK10)
The camera's outstanding reliability is unsurpassed due to its
rugged design. The camera is protected against water and
dust with IP67 rating, making it suitable for indoor or outdoor
environments. Subjected and certified to rigorous dust and
immersion tests (IP67) and impact tests (IK10), The camera
complies with an IK10 impact rating making it capable of
withstanding the equivalent of 11.02 lbs (5 kg) of force
dropped from a height of 15.75 in. (40 cm).
Perimeter Protection
IC Realtime’s Perimeter Protection features significantly
improve detection accuracy. The benefits of Perimeter
Protection include up to a 90% reduction in false alarms.
Other advantages include a decrease in pixel count
requirement for object detection, which translates into more
efficiency with less strain on the system. Perimeter Protection
options let you customize tripwires based on the object type
and allow intelligent automation within a limited area of
access such as pedestrian or vehicle-only zones. The
combination of advanced AI analytics and real-time alerts
maximizes efficiency & balance of the total systems capacity
and resources resulting in greater surveillance system
efficiency.
iMD 2.0 (Intelligent Motion Detect)
The AI Machine Learning algorithms in our Intelligent Motion
Detection (iMD) recorders & cameras means detection gets more
accurate over time. Now, iMD 2.0 provides even better recognition,
even fewer false alerts, and it encodes detection metadata in
every video frame right from installation. This enables our new
Object Search system to quickly locate recorded clips matching
your search parameters.
Starlight
Technology
Featuring Starlight Technology, this camera is ideal for
applications with challenging lighting conditions. Its low-light
performance delivers usable video with minimal ambient light.
Even in extreme low-light conditions, Starlight Technology is
capable of delivering color images in near complete darkness
(0.005 lux).
Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)
The camera achieves vivid images, even in the most intense
contrast lighting conditions, using industry-leading wide dynamic
range (WDR) technology. For applications with both bright and
low lighting conditions that change quickly, True WDR (120 dB)
optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same
time to provide usable video.
