Please note it can take up to two full business days from the time you place your order online for it to be processed and ship from our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days from shipment for ground delivery. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. Your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result. Due to additional processing time - international orders, institutional orders and orders placed using purchase orders may take a bit longer.If any items are missing from your order, Esentia must be notified of this within 3 working days of receipt of goods. We offer a 100% money back guarantee (less shipping and a 3% transaction fee for credit card and PayPal refunds) within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be new, unused, and returned in original packaging with all parts, pieces, and accessories. Items shipped must be packed inside a separate shipping box (do not attach shipping labels to the manufacturer's packaging). After 30 days, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If it has been determined by our warehouse that the returned item has been used, is missing parts or is damaged in any way, refund amounts and restocking fees will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Buyer pays return shipping. Any items that are “non-stock” or “special order” will be charged a 25% restocking fee no matter what, no exceptions. Cash sales will only be issued in-store credit upon refund. After 1 year, customer must contact the manufacturer for any issues.
