    RMA Requests


    By submitting an RMA request you agree to have read and understand the following information:

    It is important to provide a valid email address.

    RMA numbers and returning instructions (if any) will be sent via email only.
    Please follow these instructions carefully.

    Please return products in its original packaging.

    Original packaging must NOT be marked in any way, shape or form.

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping label.

    When returning multiple boxes, also number each package and have the RMA number on each box.

    Returns for Credit/Refund

    If any items are missing from your order, Esentia must be notified of this within 3 working days of receipt of goods. We offer a 100% money back guarantee (less shipping and a 3% transaction fee for credit card and PayPal refunds) within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be new, unused, and returned in original packaging with all parts, pieces, and accessories. Items shipped must be packed inside a separate shipping box (do not attach shipping labels to the manufacturer's packaging). After 30 days, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If it has been determined by our warehouse that the returned item has been used, is missing parts or is damaged in any way, refund amounts and restocking fees will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Buyer pays return shipping. Any items that are “non-stock” or “special order” will be charged a 25% restocking fee no matter what, no exceptions. Cash sales will only be issued in-store credit upon refund. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds but will warranty defective goods. After 1 year, customer must contact the manufacturer for any issues.

    Credit will NOT be issued for non-defective products & physically damaged products.
