 WIRING FREEDOM FOR NEW & UPGRADING SYSTEMS

ePOE can only be described as a gift to installers tasked with upgrading or replacing existing camera systems. PWR-EPOE-16-V2 not only provides a high switch supply voltage of 53VDC to ensure excellent overall CAT5/6 long-distance performance, it also supports ePOE and Power Over Coax technology. This allows using both coax cable and even twisted-pair for network camera & NVRS using our IVB-E102C and IVB-E202 baluns to reduce new wire pulls and simplify installations.

 BUILT TO RUN LONGER & STRONGER

PWR-EPOE-16-V2 is capable of extended transmission range - up to 2600+ feet of data and power transmission - over 8x the distance of a standard IP switch. Where our original PWR-EPOE-16 was strong, version 2 is even stronger. The -V2 version adds upgraded POE management features while keeping the original’s IT manager pleasing control & tracking skills. With PWR-EPOE-16-V2, POE power stays on during a soft switch reset (including a web reboot, import configuration, or FW upgrade) so camera power never falters. PD Alive monitors switch PD status performance in real-time monitoring to keep it alive, and you can even schedule power to turn on/off on selected ports to save energy.

 ADVANCED MANAGEMENT & 2 HIGH POE PORTS

PWR-EPOE-16-V2 can deliver up to 60W of HI-PoE power (IEEE802.3bt) on ports 1-2. These “orange ports” dish out up to 60W for power-hungry cameras like PTZs and multi-head & panoramic cameras and up to 30W on ports 3-16.  Intelligent POE delivers priority power supply for ports with smaller port numbers to keep your most essential cameras live. PWR-EPOE-16-V2 is a layer-two web-managed network switch is backward compatible with standard PoE, it has a massive Power Over Ethernet budget of 240 watts, and both static discharge and lightning protection are built in.
