The SMT-2221PVW combines a built-in 2MP camera with AI-based object classification to detect people and faces and trigger intelligent events. It also supports business intelligence features such as People Counting, Queue Management, and Heatmaps for retail and commercial spaces.

The Full HD display is optimized for 16:9 portrait orientation, making it ideal for door and entrance surveillance. It captures clear, full-body images while maximizing the psychological deterrent effect of visible monitoring.

The portrait-optimized screen can switch between security monitoring and marketing content. Ad Show mode plays a user-configured slideshow and automatically switches to Live camera view when motion is detected.

Operators can customize the OSD with text, color, size, position, logos, and banners for warning messages or promotions.

The integrated, high-visibility alarm LED can be controlled via the included remote to deliver immediate on-site visual alerts. This helps raise awareness for security personnel and the public to prevent potential incidents.

Designed for versatile deployment, the monitor supports dual power inputs via HPoE and DC 24V. Administrators can reduce on-site maintenance with remote management features, including power on/off scheduling and PVM configuration through the camera's web interface.

Hanwha Vision offers a versatile AI-based PVM lineup ranging from 10-inch to 32-inch models. The new 22-inch portrait-default model expands the portfolio, giving customers more flexibility to match their space and operational needs.

Like all Hanwha Vision security devices, the SMT-2221PV is fully NDAA compliant and built to meet high cybersecurity standards for secure, trustworthy data protection.
